heated pool personalized greeting luggage assistance
the hotel greeted guests at the entrance and assisted with luggage. refreshments were offered at reception. personalized greetings looked on the tv screen in my room. the hotel pools were heated and well maintained.
The restaurant service was slow. It took a long time before someone served me.

warm welcome friendly staff anticipated needs quick drinks nonfunctional tv broken appliance unhinged panel faulty fixture infrequent housekeeping
angelicka welcomed me warmly to the pool area. yassine offered drinks quickly and anticipated my needs. maruf served drinks quickly at the bar, even when busy.
One tv in my room did not work. I found this annoying. a roof panel in the bathroom came unhinged. housekeeping only came once during my entire stay. i didn't request no housekeeping either.

The hotel offered a diverse breakfast selection. I found live cooking that added a special touch. the staff was helpful to ensure a comfortable stay. lifeguards watched children closely at every pool, i felt safe.
Room service was hard to reach. Calls went unanswered twice. i found a bug in the water boiler. the pillow had a strong food smell, it.

tasty choices spacious room amazing views
i definitely enjoyed my stay. the breakfast buffet offered many tasty choices, it was perfect. the room was very spacious and clean, i noticed. the hotel's private beach provided amazing views of the arabian sea, it was a plus.

decent stay with some drawbacks
good location friendly staff spacious suite dirty coffee machine smelly pillow unprepared room
the location was quite good. the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. our room was a one-bedroom suite palm sea view balcony kitchen & sofa bed, and it was spacious. it had a fully equipped kitchen.
i found a bug in the water boiler. the coffee machine wasn't clean. the pillow had a strong food smell. this.

The staff at the restaurant was attentive. One waiter entertained our children outside while we finished breakfast! Suite rooms were spacious. The beds were very comfortable.
