the hotel greeted guests at the entrance and assisted with luggage. refreshments were offered at reception. personalized greetings was on the tv screen in my room. the hotel pools were heated and well maintained.
The restaurant service was slow. It took a long time before someone served me.

the location is on the beach. the hotel is within walking distance of the beautiful atlantis promenade. i found it easy to access aquapark and the helipad. fine views of skyscrapers were visible.

angelicka welcomed me warmly to the pool area. yassine offered drinks quickly and anticipated my needs. maruf served drinks quickly at the bar, even when busy.
One tv in my room did not work. I found this annoying. a roof panel in the bathroom came unhinged. housekeeping only came once during my entire stay. i didn't request no housekeeping either.

The restaurant service disappointed me. dinner cost an extra aed 800-900 nightly, i noted. this amount exceeded the cost of external dining. slow service became an issue. Orders got forgotten often.

i definitely enjoyed my stay. the breakfast buffet offered many tasty choices, it was perfect. the room was very spacious and clean, i noticed. the hotel's private beach provided amazing views of the arabian sea, it was a plus.
